Mitch: Dr. wasn't too pleased with how tight his shoulder is and decided that he DOES need physical therapy after all. His first appt was last Friday. He was about 1/2 way into the evaluation (10 minutes) when the entire place was evacuated due to a gas leak! We waited in the truck for about 45 mins then decided to go home and reschedule. He had his first real workout today. So far he's doing well and not in any pain.
Air conditioning/heat unit: still not resolved (see https://mitcheryl-stayput.blogspot.com/2021/01/everything-hits-at-once.html) We thought it was but discovered that the bedroom unit was only programmed and available for cool only (no heat). Apparently, the company sent the tech the wrong parts. Of course, when we needed it to be cool, only heat was coming up!!! New parts were shipped so hopefully the third time is a charm and we'll get it fixed within the week, before the weather gets too extreme.
Other stuff: Speaking of weather, the other night we were under a tornado watch, from 11pm to 7am. Needless to say, I wasn't able to sleep as I kept checking the radar. Thankfully, it did not turn into a warning so we didn't need to run for shelter (this time).
This week, Mitch and I decided to force ourselves to take at least one, but preferably two walks around the campground a day. Neither of us want to, but we really need to get into shape. On one of our walks, I finally got around to taking photos of the lake (the only other times we've gone there was on Shabbat when I can't take pictures). So here they are:
